Yea that was funny. I couldn't imagine not wearing a condom with a hooker. HIV, Aids, HPV, Herpes, Gonnoreah, Sypillis, Clamydia a whole smorgosboard of STD's out there waiting for you. And that doesn't even count the new STD's that haven't been discovered yet.

well back on the massage thing lol, soz not to continue on the condom talk.

we use massage regularly in my dojo, both for the women that exercise there, and the men in mma training. it helps in many ways from keeping soreness down, to just loosening up some of those stiff muscles.

i even had massage therapy when i was in a killer accident at work that hurt my back. it helped lots, that mixed in with my regular every day physical therapy. the benefits are dependent on the person i would say. but their are many of them.
