It gets the lymph moving, gets oxygen and nutrients flowing into your organs, and it helps your tissues regenerate. Plus it feels good. Too bad they're so damn expensive.

Here in Thailand there are massage joints everywhere.Both Thai traditional massage and the other happy kind.Thai massage is world famous and is actually very strenuous and even painful but it does make you feel very loose and relaxed.

On this subject,I can definitely recommend this massage machine called ceragem.Many people here,especially old people,suffer greatly from body pain and arthritis,mostly because they are mostly rice farmers which is very rough work.I bought this ceragem machine for my girlfriend's mother,who claims after using it is the first time in 40 years she can sleep without pain.Now people come from all over village to use machine.One woman who could not straighten her legs for 20 years now is able to do so,and the village headman used it and can now lift his arms over his head for first time in many years.

This machine is from Korea,and I have also heard some people in US are suing the company for making false claims,but I own no stock in this company and can only speak from my own experience.

The one drawback is it is quite expensive.In USD it costs about 3000 bucks.

I hate the deep tissue it is painful. Swedish massage is heavenly. I used to get them for 30 bucks an hour at the local massage school. Only problem is if you enjoy your massage with a sexy lady, it takes some getting used to having a man give you a massage. Nope, you cannot choose, it's a roll of the dice whether you get a woman or a man therapist. They always recommend drinking a lot of water after your massage because it helps flush the toxins out of your body.

Makes me wonder do they have decent quality/size condoms in thailand? Can you get american brands there? Just wondering.

Condoms in Thailand are very undependable.Usually durex,Always breaking.Plus some are counterfeits.
I know some guys who order them from US over the internet.There is a restaurant chain called Cabbages and Condoms that sells good ones.

One good thing here is that hospitals here will give tests for HIV and every other STD for relatively cheap and quickly.If guy pays for girl to have test the doctor gives copy of test results to the guy as well as the girl.The bad thing is there are clinics all over and for 100 baht or about 3 bucks they will give you a certified negative HIV test and you dont even have to get tested.So only deal with hospital not clinic or even private doctor.Prostitutes are required by law to use condoms but they dont all do this and girls say it is because the clients don't want them,if you can believe that.

This is sort of funny.I had not used condoms in many years because I was married and had vasectomy.So I didnt remember much about them but when I went to Thailand I went to buy some and found they were measured in cms.Since I am from US with no metric system I didn't know how big they were so I went to internet shop and did conversion to inches and found they were all 2 inches or less.So I thought,man these thai guys are some really little guys.I could not find any over 2 1/4 inches.Then an American guy told me this was not the length,it was the diameter.
