Camo is on a distinguished road
Red face Sprained ankle and getting back into training.

Hey I sprained my ankle a couple of weeks ago, never done so before and thus made it pretty bad by partying all night on it then driving around in a manual car (It's my left ankle) and hobbling about the beach the next day thinking it was just some passing pain. Ended up taking a week off work, then after my week back on thought I'd go back to training with my traditional karate club. I've found my balance on my left foot is non existent and I'm having troubles getting into certain stances.

Just curious as to whether this slowly goes away or if there is certain exercises I should do with my ankle to get it back to some degree of strength. Even so I'm going to just train casually with my traditional club once a week regardless of the pain.

Cheers guys
