Hi all, I have a question about diet and exercise routines..
I am recently back in training after a 3 year layoff due to a pain in the ass lawyer and a lawsuit... Basically I had a broken leg and some impact to my head due to a car accident... I am fine, just had to wait till the lawsuit settled...!
Now that I am back, i need to trim off the excess weight, modify my diet, and start a stretching routine to regain my flex.
My question for the forum is this...
What exercises do you all recommend for developing my core muscles (Abs, Obliques, Lower Back, etc)..?
I kinda figured I need to do a routine of crunches, situps, leg raises, etc... Anyone have some other things that work for them..?
Also, I plan on getting a versaflex to assist in the flexibility area, anyone have any insight on the quality..?
Thanks, Dave McDonnell
