Default Isometrics to Build Strength for Martial Artists

I shot a quick video about the benefits of isometric exercises (you can also learn about plyometrics as well) on my blog.

It's meant for people who don't want to buy expensive equipment or pay for a gym membership. I thought people on this forum would be interested in using isometrics to shake up their strength training exercises routine.
