![]() | every morning i do cardio slow and fast with intervals. i always change the exersice for muscle confusion. i do fast reps with 15 lbs atm im gonna move up. it made my body quick. but i try to do atleast 100 of atleast 10 kicks a day with punchs, blocks and counters. i want a intesnse routine that a expert would make me do to become alot better something that gives me a crazy challenge. i can do handstand pushups and 30 secound leg lifts and stuff. like i love mma but its not fun cause its easier then it looks for me i want to be in movie situations and train like jet li and jackie chan and bruce lee and tony jaa so if anyone has their exact training guide for all 3 of them thatd be nice. |
