    Default My Workout Plan.

ok well ive been doing mma for about 3 years im 17 now and one of the best fighters i know. i use everymove my body can remeber and am a very good street fighter. i am trying to improve my body further tho. i need a new routine i just wanted to know what a experts advice on it would be. im 5'7 about 135 lbs. like 4.8% body fat.

every morning i do cardio slow and fast with intervals. i always change the exersice for muscle confusion. i do fast reps with 15 lbs atm im gonna move up. it made my body quick. but i try to do atleast 100 of atleast 10 kicks a day with punchs, blocks and counters.

i want a intesnse routine that a expert would make me do to become alot better something that gives me a crazy challenge. i can do handstand pushups and 30 secound leg lifts and stuff. like i love mma but its not fun cause its easier then it looks for me i want to be in movie situations and train like jet li and jackie chan and bruce lee and tony jaa so if anyone has their exact training guide for all 3 of them thatd be nice.

Fly out of fantasy land, join the rest of us in the real world and lose the ego. Maybe then people will help you.

At 17, I would say you aren't the fighter you think you are. But at that age you guys know better than me.

Yes do remove your ego and ignorance from the post please. To simply give you an answer there is no such thing as a Jet Li, Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, or Tony Jaa training guide. If I were you I would read about anatomy, kineasealogy, nutrition etc.. find things that can help you and use this information you find. Then you should find a way to incoropate this knowledge into your own training. Understand you don't reach a point in your training where you stop getting better. You are always growing and getting better if you work for it.

For an effective home gym, all that is required is a little bit of planning. Don’t fall into the trap of purchasing random fitness equipment because of fancy advertising for the latest infomercial fad or the great “sale” at your local fitness store. That type of purchasing leads to a house littered with equipment that’s only use is as a clothes hanger or dust collector. This often happens because the equipment is either useless, poorly constructed or quickly loses its value because it doesn’t progress with your fitness level.

Hey Alex, You are doing the best one to do the cardio.... I wanna say you to have some natural foods like veggies and have some kind of the fat burner's like green tea... Use yogurt with you meal and have some fat free and protein free foods....... Best of luck buddy....
