| Registered User | I wouldn't neccessarily say eat less, eating mroe keeps that metabolism up (statistics show that in actuality, people who eat less tend to be overweight!). I'd say eat more (but eat healthy!!!!!), work hard (with plenty of sleep!), and most importantly, enjoy what you do so you do it longer!

| Registered User | try and get your eight hours sleep fat is basically energy for low intensity workouts such as walking of lifting weights. The main thing is to set days to work out and stick to it. Start with 3 days a week, then work your way up to 5 and 6 days.

Yes, you're right. frequent meals and HEALTHY snacks can benifit your diet but lets face it, most of us simply OVER EAT! We indulge in HUGE portions! Esp. if we skip breakfast or lunch or BOTH trying to lose weight! Kill SUGAR and you'll be better off... Work harder! LIVE LONGER!

![]() | I would say,cut your calories down to 2000, lots of protein.. 30 minutes of cardio a day.. And weight training 3 times a day.. check bodybuilding.com
