    Good call.

A nutritionist that I was working with about 10 years ago told me to completely ignore any kind of protein powders or supplements, and instead drink pints and pints of skimmed milk, flavoured with whatever I liked.

To add balance though I will say that I'm always at the top of my game when I'm taking Creatine. I know it doesn't work for some people, but my body has always responded to it.

actually, skim milk isn't as good as milk with heavier fat content, as most of the vitamins found in fortified milk are fat soluble and better absorbed if taken with fat.

Not "skim" milk guys, Skimmed Milk. Sorry, I don't know what its called in the States.

Skimmed Milk was purely my personal preference, whatever your preference that's cool.
