Hye were you the guy that sued McDonals because you got fat?
Anyways, the general rule is 15 calories per pound of lean muscle mass, and about a gram of protien per pound of bodyweight. Also, eat about every 2 to 3 hours. I don't think that you need an hour and a half of cardio per day? It all depends on intensity. But it is true that, if your doing steady state, at 65% intensity, that it takes a man 1.5 hours to tap into their fat burning zone, while it takes a female 30 minutes. So men have to work more than women. To hit the fat burn zone for men at 65% intensity, it takes 1.5 hours 75% it takes 1 hour 85 % 45 minutes 90% 30 minutes do not increase 90 % I suggest interval cardio lasting about 45 minutes 4 times a day for men for women, 65% 30 minutes 75% 20 min 85-90% 15 min Women can afford to do high intensity blitz for 15 minutes, or a low intensity workout for 30 minutes, 4 to 5 times a day.
