Meaning does it matter?
i train muay thai 4 times a week and 2 with weights now.. does that matter? working out lets say 4 days appart with weights? and muay thai all in the middle? can someone help me make a schedule.. maybe i should work out 3 days a week with weights.. i just dont know.. HELP!

Your body needs exertion and then rest. I have been told repeatedly that after a good hard lifting session rest those muscle groups for 48 to 72 hours for maximum benefit.
After a long cycle, take 4-5 days off to let your entire body rest. But don't take too long of a rest because you will lose ground quickly. |

Maybe you should try to split your training up.For example:
Day one: Chest, delts, triceps Day Two: Muy Thai Day Three: Legs Day Four: Muy Thai Day Five: Back and biceps Day six: Muy thai You can rest on the seventh day or repeat the cycle over.
