Cool

Two days a week with weights will probably maintain what you have in the way of strength and size. Three days would be better and you would probably make some gains.

Your body needs exertion and then rest. I have been told repeatedly that after a good hard lifting session rest those muscle groups for 48 to 72 hours for maximum benefit.

After a long cycle, take 4-5 days off to let your entire body rest.

But don't take too long of a rest because you will lose ground quickly.

It's the quality of the work out that is most important. Your schedule needs to be developed based on what your training goals are.

Exclamation Split up your training

Maybe you should try to split your training up.For example:

Day one: Chest, delts, triceps
Day Two: Muy Thai
Day Three: Legs
Day Four: Muy Thai
Day Five: Back and biceps
Day six: Muy thai

You can rest on the seventh day or repeat the cycle over.
