Hard to explain.
Left hand stays up to protect face Right hand starts from around the cheek area Twist whole upper body in direction of punch and end up with your right arm fully extended, your shoulder protects the exposed side of your face. Snap back quickly. Easy to do but difficult to land on a good oponent. Keep your head down (but always look your opponent in the eye) and imagine there's a cup of water on your head. One of the most important things is to always get your hands back to where they came from as quickly as possible and never lift your head up to expose your chin. Oh and go to a gym and get someone to teach you properly. |
