Hey! I have the epstein-barr virus at the moment, so i can't train for about 3-4-5 months, and well, with walking as the most active thing for 5 months, there is no surprise I'm going to need some serious training. Does anyone have any recommodations for what to eat, how much to eat, and how to start training again to get up there again fast?

Hi Cain, I've heard the name Epstein-barr but don't know what it is. Must be pretty bad to limit you to walking though, I feel for ya.
Try to keep away from fried foods and eat slightly less carbs than you normally would. You're body will use more carbs when your active but even then they cause increases in blood insulin levels and if your musclesd don't need the nutrients in your system, then they go straight to the "fat bank" for future use. I'm sure you've heard the saying "Eat smaller meals more ofen through the day" believe it, it works ![]() I eat 5-6 meals a day with the first one between 5:00am and 6:00am. Don't know what to tell ya on the exercise while you're down and out. When you start up again, take it slow and don't get discouraged. Chuck |
