Tae Bo is the best martial art for getting into shape quickly. No other art can even compare.
Not only that but it has been proven that Tae Bo is the most scientifically valid art for self defense. The best news of all is you can do this at home and do not need an instructor or any equipment what so ever. Start working on this deadly art right away and by summer you will be buff and a killing machine.

Why am I even giving a suggestion? Prolly sound pointless anyways. But you think ramus`s posts are weird, search for for kh_s on the advanced search and read my past posts. hee hee
![]() But my suggestion is Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, heh, actually any classes that offer a lot of sweating or hard work will give you a good exercise. But you know, I barely know anything about Martial arts.
