Is there any way to increase size on your lower back? Anyone got any caliehtnics (SP?) workouts ? PLease if there are, jsut tell me the ones that are not needed of any equipments at all; like pushups and crunches.
But my lower back seems really weird and small for my upper back or maybe my shoulder blades stick out ?LoL I don`t know, It's why i ask here.
i've seen some of the strangest posts from you man. I doubt that you can increase your lower back, but there are some good bodyweight exercises, SUCH as back extensions, and bridges.
