I know some folks have heard about the POWER WHEEL already, maybe from Matt Furey, but I finally got around to trying it out and now I'm a big fan.
I wasn't too sure about it when I first read about it, but now that I've been using it for a while, I think it's a great little gadget. It hits muscles I've never felt before! I put together an overall body routine in an article I've written on our website on strength and conditioning called "THE POWER WHEEL". You can read it on my articles page: http://wayofnoway.com/articles.html It's also posted at the Royler Gracie site: www.roylergracie.com This simple wheel is a great training aid for developing "core" strength and stability for grappling, MMA or for increasing your striking power. Hope you find it helpful. Armando BASULTO ACADEMY OF DEFENSE www.wayofnoway.com

we have used this on the sports-centre (i attended sports-line at high-school) for some time, we just used the bar we used for benchpress. It is very effective and you strengthen not only the back, but also the shoulders and the central-musculature.
one of the strongest/Best trained guys did the roll outs (we called them rollers from standing up..![]()

Armando,
Did you see the more advanced techniques that can be performed on the Power Wheel? The video, also available from Lifeline-usa.com, has three separate levels of difficulty, you show typical moves from the first level. I agree that the Power Wheel is a great training aid. We use it here and love it. Lee |

Yes...we do some of the advanced movements as well, but even the fundamentals with this little wheel are a great aid to strenghtening the "core".
I'm glad you guys like it too! ![]()
