Default Bones have been cracking

Okay, sometimes when I would stretch out, or just throw a couple of jabs, stretch my back, my joints crack. My ankle cracks, knees, Elbows crack when I hyper extend it (only my right elbow). Sometimes when I stretch out my back it also makes cracking noises. Does anyone know the reason ?

If you sit in a chair all day, it can cause your joints to stiffen a little. Same if you lay down for a long time - I don't know, try stretching with good form before you shadow box or hit the pads.

I like it when my bones crack. When I crack a joint a few times it stops cracking.

Yeah i guess i gonna have to agree with Lizard also

Sometimes I like to purposely roll my neck around to crack it, it feels good when I have a heavy bag on my back walking to/from school. But it is bad for you

Some people say it causes arthritis but I think thats genuine BS. Anyway it's worth it for the feeling.

Neck roll, turn left and right (Crack the spine, I'm the only person that I know of that can do this, often doesn't work but when it does you get about six simultanious cracks each side.), bend spine back, push fingers into palm, bend fingers inwards, twist fingers, bend each finger in individualy, bend toes inwards. Excelent. But then you need to wait a few hours for it to recharge, less if your nervous or have been sitting still for a while.
