![]() | Some people say it causes arthritis but I think thats genuine BS. Anyway it's worth it for the feeling. Neck roll, turn left and right (Crack the spine, I'm the only person that I know of that can do this, often doesn't work but when it does you get about six simultanious cracks each side.), bend spine back, push fingers into palm, bend fingers inwards, twist fingers, bend each finger in individualy, bend toes inwards. Excelent. But then you need to wait a few hours for it to recharge, less if your nervous or have been sitting still for a while.
