Hello Fighters, I Need A Great Martial Arts Program That Does Not Deal With Weights Because I Am Just Learning And Want To Build Strength And Endurance Before I Start Hitting The Weights. So Please If You Can Help Me Out Post The Program In This Thread. Thanks Fighters.

sorry to tell you but the best way to build strength and endurance is by hitting the weights..Sure there is alternatives that work, and everyone responds to weight training differently, but if you want any results - hit the stacks

those are some nice and nasty workouts guys. I pesonally like mixing it up, but bodyweight exercises give you the benefit of a functional workout. I suggest you read publications such as renegadetraining.com, and t-mag.com to come with workouts that will really give you that fighting edge.
