To make myself better through all of my training, be able to defend myself, and of course, girls are also a very important aspect to training. hehe, rock on.

Well, the theme of the days seems to be "girls," and that is certainly a huge aspect of my training
. It's also nice when other guys see you as a bad ass, and look up to you.In the weight room at my school, a lot of the weights say "Bigger Faster Stronger" on them, and I like that notion. That sums up most of what I want from my training. Though, endurance, skill, ability, better immune system, confidence... it's endless what lovely things can be achieved.

I train because I want to become healthier and more powerful. I dont really want to prove anything to anyone else. I just want to prove to myself that I can do it and that I am not afraid to take on anyone.
