Default the balance of multi purpose training

hello everybody. i have always been a moderately active person. last month i was inspired to begin training at once to prepare myself for a lifetime of martial arts. i have a natural tendency to rush things and i thought if i pushed hard enough i would break through health on the other side as quickly as possible. things were going good. what i was going for, was to be active for the whole of the day. not a couple of hours. life as activity. approx. 8 hours of sleep are needed to rest and maintain the human body. which gives roughly 16 hours of awake time. i would wake up at 8am, eat breakfast and walk a couple miles to the track where i would run between 3 to 5 miles followed by an extensive stretch. i would then walk around until i was hungry. id go home. eat. then id walk again for awhile until i felt i was ready for more rigorous exercise. i would then jump rope and sprint followed by a mile or so of jogging followed by stretching and walking. i would then go to the pool for the daily lap swim from 5 to 7 and swim interval lap training there. i would get back from cycling home at about 730 and eat dinner. id rest for awhile, take a walk through the woods. and sleep. repeat. the purpose was to get my body ready and receptive of the demands martial arts would put on them. the first time i was so tired the next day i couldnt open my water bottle. but i pushed on. so egar for results. i did this for two weeks. i was always tired. expending so much energy. finally i couldnt go anymore. i stayed inside and rested for three days. i had gone way to fast for the exercise to be productive. i was draining far more energy than retaining. i found these fourms a few days ago in my resting and ive been reading through them often. i observe theres alot of genuinely good and sincere and nice people here as well as its share of evil, evasive, mean and boastful people. i would like very much to hear your opinions on a conditioning plan to sclupt and refine my human fourm to be ready for martial arts training. i am willing to dedicate myself wholly to this but find it hard on my own in my limited knowledge proper balance of flexibility strength endurance speed and the best ways of attaining these. i have been so drained these past days ive done nothing but a few walks a day. now my flexibility is going backwards and tomorrow i plan to begin training again. i'm going to start off slowly to avoid burning myself out. a mix of long walks followed by stretches for a week or so to get back and heal my lost energy. i apologize to anybody i burden with this post. i guess what im asking is for time frames for the human being to realize and understand its potential on a physical basis. to ease my panicked and anxious mind. what would you reccommend for the beginner in decent health. 18 years old, 5-10 135 pounds. i feel i need to lose some body fat though not much. i used to be a smoker but ive been clean from that for almost seven months. i eat very healthy and have engaged in sport and exercise for most of my life. i occasionally would smoke marijuana once a month or so but ive quit that as well for my lungs health. how much do you think i should train and is there any advice and wisdom you kind people could pass on to me. i guess thats about all for now good luck to everybody who reads this

Default intuitive feel

thanks for the help. i checked back three times anxious for admirable respones. reading through these fourms, i see mostly alot of negativity and arrogance coming from yourself. although some good ideas and advice as well. i wonder what it is thats so crazy. or maybe this is some elaborate inside joke that is actually funny. and i am in fact insane in my genuine computer rage but probably not. i thought it was un witty wit an un funny joke coming from some guy whos on the internet alot, is generally mean and inconsiderate to his fellow man who has a desire to learn the martial arts lowering the confidence level of our "collective" young and sensitive minds. i wonder if im right. because thai bri, you arent like me. howl howl. wink wink.

this is the part where you create three other screen names in an attempt to save your (very minorly, probably) distorted image this post has caused on the rest of the fourms preceptions of you. so you attack back. better yet. you have friends here. because seriously. who would believe 3 peoples first post was to verify something so mudane and trivial. who wouldnt believe respected members of the community even though youre all f ucking crooked and then its over and no one remembers i hardly remember but the part that i do. you have to wonder. what is the worth of this founded and rational paranoia to ever have existed? youve created much negative space here in time and i wonder if its worth it.

so harden us up. make us nervous with your intentful gaze. cut up our confidence. we are broken now. we come back. your gaze peirces through us. i am frozen and conscious only of myself through your vision. but hey, maybe not. maybe the joke was funny. probably not.

but i think we could agree that regardless of our bullshit. man has two arms and two legs.

Hey Infinite, i see your whole idea, about the training " if i dont stop, then my body HAS to adapt" but the problem is it needs to develope. For instance, you start at what u can do and then slowly build up, give your body its needed time to adapt and form. Also, make sure to eat regularily, because often you try and miss food times and then your body doesnt have the energy and sources to grow. Sleep is also a good thing, get as much as u need without oversleeping.

umm, ask any questions if u want, but... i mean...damn, u dont have a job or somethin? or school..

If you don't stop, you can't adapt. Your body grows fitter after you train, not during. It needs rest to do so.

Yes, begins is correct. Sleep is a good thing. He is so wise to know this.

HOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!

I may not understand your question but if you are of average athleticism, I think the best way to train is just simply start going to classes and then build your training around the demands of your style

No No No! You're just STUPID!

It is far better to get up at the crack of dawn, train train train train train, and then go to bed again. What could be more sensible than that?
