I have no personal experience with this popular village style but I have read some about it.

It may be general knowlege I suppose>? Cikalong (tjikalong) practitioners are known for their evasion skills and takedown techniques. They are fast footed players and deceptive. They tend to use multiple techniques simultaneously to distract and destroy vital targets. They usually like the victim on the deck... Face down and bleeding from multiple fatal wounds.

Not unlike some other styles...Cimande, etc...

Please pardon if this is not a fair assessment?

I know very little about this style.
