Silat interesting ... I participate a 1 stage of Silat Black Triangle in England a few years ago I liked best about the work of Gorka here, that Mac Quaid. Personal opinion of course !!! Many of Silat are oriented "sport" of racing and I think the traditional Silat possess great power. Sport reduces opportunities and code regulations. Good ? Bad ? I dont no...
