Hello Thai Bri,
I read several of your posts etc, and I've gotta say you have a realistic view on most things, most ppl tend to have blind faith in a system that they never tried on the street with closed mind attitudes. Keep up the good work. Regards |

Thanks mate. I've been there with them, desperately trying to convince myself that the air punching and compliancy training will make me a better fighter......
The funny thing is, they accuse ME of being close minded...... Ah well, theres none so blind as one who will not see. |

Your Welcome
![]() One of students (before becoming my student) was an 'air puncher', after one sparring session with me, lost bits of his top & bottom lip before being convinced realistic training needs to be adopted, now he can't stop singing praises of me and admitted how blind he was. He's whole training mentality has changed. Geoff Thomson has the right idea for 'real' training, brutal & effective (the only things that interest's me in MA). |

I am well into Geoff Thompson's work. His video "The Fence" is probably the best self defence video on the market. Are you registered on his forum? You'll see me there, but well behaved!
Try out www.senshido.com also. Some great ideas and training methods there. |

However, rugby league is actually more popular that rugby union in AUS. It is amazing how Aussie was world champion in a rugby union because it is not popular as league.
