well, in that case...

i'll give you a general description...think of a room with a matted floor, like say a dojo. there's an instructor or two there and they teach you for one hour. then you are encouraged to shower. any other info i will gladly send via pm at my discretion.

i practice finger jabs on hard surfaces. that's it. in the bathroom i don't practice, but masterfully execute taking a shit. i tried to talk aunt corny out of the whole jkd thing, but she thought, hey, if bruce lee did it, it's the best.
