Nothing like a fat white ninja
Hi all!
Just thought I'd make an into post. I haven't ever taken a martial arts class, and probably wont for a while. I'm in very bad shape at the moment. I've been losing weight over the past months (down 24lb). One of the goals I've set for myself is to take a martial art once I'm in a bit better shape (atleast good enough to not slow the class down). I want to take Muay Thai, but if I can't find a school, probably boxing (not as interested in grappling as I am in striking). Look foreward to picking everyone's brains! |
