Hello...i´m from Portugal, i´m 43 years old and i start praticing Songahm Taekwondo 2 years ago only. I am a simple green belt, but i can tell you that today i feel like i have 18 years...my body is in good shape, i do things that when i was 18 years age i was not abble to do it, like high kicks.Ok, i know that i am not a young boy, but i use the things that i´m in advantage, like strenght, power, or perfection in poomses (i tried to) .For me, Songahm TKD is the best ma in world. My instructors are simply the best, lust like old brothers, whith all respect (even if they are younger), i had that luck, here in Portugal Songahm is like a family...

Welcome to the forum, I am a songahm TKD instructor. Although tkd is not well liked by some of the people here, I like the system very well.

Thank you, Sir. I will keep praticing hardly, because Songahm Tkd deserves to me all the aplication in world. And you, like a Songahm instructor you are, can always have my humble support to defend Songahm TKD. I think most people see mainly Olimpic TKD, in media, their idea is they don´t use arms, they don´t defend, and so on, but that is the diference: Songahm Tkd is not only that, is diferent. I respect them all, but i´ll kep mine: Songahm TDK is the best.
