hello Everyone
my name is rick and i am from the cincinnati ohio area. my sifu is certified under guru dan inosanto in jun fan gun fu/jkd and the filipino martial arts. also muay thai under arjan chai. we are under jean jacques machado in brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. here is our schools myspace page for those who are interested. i have been at the school for almost 5 years.
