free martial arts lessons website
Hi there!!!!
Together with my sifu I created a website with lessons for his overseas students... Since it's online it's open for everybody. http://www.selini108.com I know my grammer isn't perfect, but I do know you will enjoy the skills.... There will be updates forever, so check it out, bookmark and come back often!!!! Within a few weeks we'll have an interactive 18 Hands Of Lohan-download....
