Of course I have constructive things to say. Just look at the first thread I started here "Why women should train differently than men". I've taught women and even trained women to compete in full contact. I give valid reasons and try and make a point BUUUT, surprise surprise, on this oh so mature forum we have yet another idiot start whining and squeaking right away. Why should anyone bother to even TRY and communicate in an adult manner with people who are like the martial arts version of a Star Trek convention?

unfortunately, this forum often isn't that mature--most are not. people don't get banned for being obxoxious here, so you have to take the good with the bad.

i agree with a fair amount of what you say in most of your posts, but you have a serious habit of starting an insult fest. on all of the other forums that i frequent, you would have been banned already, despite having some intelligent things to say. if you ease off on everybody else (even when they deserve it), you'll probably notice a decrease in angry posts re you.

by the way, just read a couple of your articles. funny sh!t
