hello people
hi people new in here cool web site just thought i would introduce myself...
i was a student of Konjaku Shin Shotokan Dojo in Grimsby where i live but as i now have bad health i cannot practice anymore i did manage to gain a Dan Grade before i stopped though and all my hard work paid off... twice a night 6 days a week training with the best instructor i know of...
