a big hello

scott kano my name is joey,i probably should have told you that.i just recently joined kenpo,so i signed up on defend.net to get alot of insight and knowledge in the arts to see what best suits me.i am very out of shape and overweight at my age 31 years old and ive always wanted to join a martial arts.ive done alot of things to my body and brain over the years that i think its time to grow up and make up for what ive done to them.so here i am wanting to get the most education and no how of the martial arts.so if any one on deluxe martial arts forums wants to help me out ill be glad to listen, im a very good listener!

well hi mr. joey,
i find it wonderful that u r making up for what u have done to ur body(i believe thats what u said) i've noticed grownups dont always like to admit that anything is wrong or try to fix whats wrong(not saying anything is wrong) anyway i just started kungfoosansoo not to long ago and have learned alot already, one thing i learned that was important that it takes time to learn all about it(which i doubt anyone ever will), but if u hear any tips on anything i'd appericate hearing it, especially if its about weight training or better punches. i have a few tips on balanced if u need them
