![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | What are your goals in terms of fitness, self-defense, level of one to one time with instructor, and feelings about contact? If you are looking for fitness and self-defense, wing chun would be ok. JKD, Muaythai (non-competitive), judo and BJJ would be really good. Phillipino arts are good with weapons and self-defense. If you are looking for competitive sports, some self-defense and superior conditioning go with boxing, competitive kick boxing or wrestling or judo. Boxing is a great compliment for muay thai or BJJ as is wrestling. If you are looking for fitness alone - TKD, Wushu or cardio kickbox. |
