Hi Steven,
I just practice it for 2 years so I don't think I can give a deep description of Tai Nin Tzu but I will try: It contains soft and hard movements, the use of Fa-jing in combination with Tai Chi and Xing Yi, and Ba Gua. We learn to be Jing outside and Yang inside when attacked. About RELAXED ALERTNESS and connecting centre to centre. Our chi comes from circles for a natural and spontaneous and effective response even under great pressure. We also learn Dim mak applications and kata's including the healing part of it. Greetings,
