Hi, I started Chung Do Kwan TKD in February this year, aged 32...quite old for a newcomer, but i'm fitter now than i've ever been....lost 30lbs in weight (alomost back to the weight i was in my late teens), lowered my blood pressure and heart beat significantly.
The chief instructor is a Korean guy....WTF 7th Dan and his assistant is another Korean guy, he's the youngest WTF 5th Dan in the world...22yrs old. If anyone in Hong Kong wants to learn TKD drop me a line. |
