Default Has anyone tried To Shin Do

Positives? Negatives?

From their websites they seem to cover a variety of things; striking, joint, little grappling, weapons....

Anyone have opinions?

Yes that is the one. The 2nd school opened is in Tampa where I am so I was thinking of giving it a try. I'm told the person who runs Quest in Tampa trained under Hayes and all that. They have a 30 day trial I might just try it and figure out the positives and negatives on my own...

From their website:

Over all Training Includes:
Grappling, throwing, choking, and joint-locking

Striking, kicking, and punching

Stick, blade, cord, and projectile weapons

Successfully handling multiple assailants and surprise attacks

Overcoming psychological intimidation or bullying

Seems pretty interesting...
