If u want to learn a fighting art. Forget these traditional styles. They are rubbish. When someone comes at me in the street with a knife I am not going to spread my legs and go into a wide stance and raise my hands in the air and do some ninja pray and whisper the nine levels of power.

Complete rubbish, believe me when you become a victim u realize how fake some systems are.

No, but I would imagine that arduous training would in turn not only prepare you physically, but mentally as well. You can't just take a few years of martial arts and expect to be able to kick ass in any situation.

I have trained in animal kungfu systems, wushu. I explored Ninjutsu and bought home study course from richard van donk websites. The stances are all wide and so uncomfortable. I havent time to go into a stance in fight. What aload of rubbish.

After years of investing time and effort what happens I get slashed in the chest by a kid and kicked about. The kid laughs at me, like I am dirt.

Its best to go for a reality like Geoff Thompson, forgot this japanese bullshit.

Do you teach your students to defend against a knife ? or do u teach them to stand in a horse stance and punch allday along. what is the point of this bullshit.

Hehe we never did much standing in a horsestance and punching except for the kids as a warming up (punch 10x, pushup 10x situp 10x) ( that is in Wado karate)

as for knife attacks we were told to control the weapon which will control the oponent

Then again I never did any MA as a means of selfdefence, so no MA will be a waste of time for me as long as it is fun

So how kungfu guys dont do bag work or speed ball work ?. Whats the point of wearing pjayamas and waving your hands in the air like neo from the matrix.

Time have changed buddy, ninjutsu was invented 1000 years ago now we are living in the 21st century. We dont need to climb up trees using ninja claws wear odd shoes and run around in ninja masks, how come in richard van donks videos he does wide stances ??. they are so uncomfortable. What is the point of that ?

Why does stephen hayes talk about kujii when it is all rubbish there is no mind control of magic about kujii.

The best video of a ninjistu fighter is the 1st fight in UFC 1. And it wasn't Pat Smith.
