I have been training in karate now for five years, yet I have not been able to find a way to relax, I am not as tence as when I first started but I still look so tence when training. Can someone please give me some idea's.

Yea, one of the things I do is slow down my kata. I do it at very slow speed like tai chi. I doesn't mean you can't do it forceful and hard it just means 'CHANGE UP. Do them slow sometimes. Especially with nature, like in the park or at the beach. Also, the most dangerous man in Japan only knew one kata but he did it everyday.

Slow it down and try doing it before bedtime for 21 nights in a row.
