Only a handful of throws work... So learn them well.

If the guy is bigger than you normal wrestling shots don't work because of front headlocks without an arm. Plus the guys natural weight and instincts are going to make him sprawl or rip you to one side or the other. What I've found to be most effective are clinch pops to belly to back suplex or tie up with a body lock and leg drag or hook behind the leg and go forward. Some hip tosses work too if you have a headlock in on your oppent ( w/ and arm or without).

the foot sweeps, and leg reaps work best for practical application.

try it man, shoot in for a double leg on a guy that weighs 50 lbs more than you, if he's not dickin around your not getting in there, he's gunna front headlock, sprawl and damn near rip your head off taking you to one side or the other, if he dosen't want to sprawl and wants to put you out quick he's gunna take his front headlock and turn it into the worst guillitine you've ever been in. 9 times outta 10 your not getting in there to take him down. I only train my BJJ and wrestling with guys that are allot bigger than me. I do my stand up with skinny guys short and tall. Don't shoot on a big guy. It's stupid.

I have. Many, many, many times.

Let the water dry behind your ears a little kid before you continue throwing around over-generalizations.

maybe you train with people who don't know how to fight back, I can take down anyone that doesn't know how/dosen't have the natural inborn instinct to sprawl....

You may not think you are now, but in another 6 years you will think differently.
