ok dude, i guess ur having serious problems....ur trying to run UP a wall? are you just running up and falling down????? are you tryin to flip off the wall? running ALONG a wall is easier than running straight UP one. Shoe tread and the material the wall your running up or along is also important. what kind of kicks you got and what types of walls are you running?

Try running up a plank of wood set at an incline, then increase the incline gradually as your balance improves.

Either that or go around the wall, often your'll find a door or window location somewhere.

Meh. Seriously, run up a plank set at a 45 or 60 degree incline then just keep running up it until your balance is perfect. Then up it to 70 degrees then to 90 until you can do 90degrees properly. It's a really useful skill to have. I still can't do more than 70 degrees and I have to do it at an angle (running along a wall rather than straight up it). nothing mystical about it.

it takes a lot of stamina to practice this.

lower body 90 degrees, stamp foot for good luck, and run perpidicular to the wall with your head down. The rest should take care of itself.
