Sometimes I have sleep in the afternoon.....does that count??

I went to a Ninjitsu class ONCE in my late teens and they did meditation. I almost fell asleep doing it.

I've started doing bits of meditation the past few months. It's pretty iregular though. Some weeks I'll do a full hour every day, other weeks I'll do one half hour session. I do truely enjoy it, but I'm heading towards exams and every time I think "Jeeze, I'd like to sit on some cusions and enter a state of no thought", I realise that if I don't do an english essay I'm going to be repeating year 11 :P. Nearly the end of the school year though, and I expect I'll get into it much more once holidays hit.
