Question Question for Grapplers, Judo Men, and other over 30 Martial artist

Does your body feel stiff when you wake up in the morning?

Not long for me. I just have to get up and move around for awhile. Try a few light stretches just to work the kinks out.

Not usually. I had some issues with my bed a while back... Sore back. From sleeping on crappy springs.

Mobility exercises, soft tissue work (self-myofascial release with a foam roller or a tennis ball or both) and a little bit of stretching (not too much) helps...

Wobenzym is an awesome supplement that's good for grappling injuries.
