My name is Steve Hiscoe, what would you like to know? The style of Jiu-Jitsu that we teach is called Can-Ryu which was developed by Professor Georges Sylvain. The Hiscoe Jiu-Jitsu schools are located in BC and Ontario. If there is anything you would like to know further please let me know and I would be happy to answer any question you may have.
