What exactly is Kazushi, offbalancing techniques? What the most basic Kazushi techniques?

kuzushi is the setup for the throw. it can be anything as simple as pushing a guy in order to make him push back so you can use his momentum to pull him into a throw, or it can be an elbow to this throat to stun him so you can grab his ass and throw him. its the setup. foot sweeps are great ways to setup throws and strikes as well. off-balance the guy momentarily and you can pull of some good shit. when i spar in muay thai i use foot sweeps to off-blanace people just enough to land a big right hand and its awesome.
