Fist Shotokan open Weekend training courses
We woudl like to welcome all shotokan karate ka regardless of grade or association to our weekend courses. Simon Williams,Paul Herbert,Keith Williams and Stephen Marriott have teamed up to give you teh very best of Shotokan. We are holding a 3 day Kata course in April 2010 in Clacton essex. e have combined these courses with the park resort holiday villages full of activities and entertainment forall ages. for more info visit
