SBGI Jeet Kune Do/Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Seminar In Wisconsin

Hey everyone,

Functional Martial Arts Systems Madison, Wi is hosting a seminar with SBGI Midwest Regional Director Paul Sharp.

Paul is a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a Jeet Kune Do instructor under SBGI President Matt Thorton. Paul will be enhancing our Stand up/Clinch and Ground game as taught by the SBGI curriculum.

This seminar is for all styles, ranks and experience. I have had the pleasure of training with Paul recently and have to say that his game is very strong in all areas. He will also be showing the "Crazy Monkey" defense for the street and the ring. Crazy Monkey is a defense that limits getting hit. Paul will also be talking about conditioning and other elements to help our game. We will also be spending ample time rolling on the mat.

Time: 10:00 am to 1:00 Pm
cost: $40 or $35 if you preregister by December 1st.
Location: Heroes Health, Fitness and Beyond Madison, WI.
