Thumbnail sketch of Crazy Monkey
Can anybody give a brief overview of Crazy Monkey boxing? Maybe it's main premise or something. I'm up to my ears in tapes so I'm trying to be careful not to get anything that's already covered in my training.

CM boxing is a form of boxing defense, and offense that was developed by our South African Instructor Rodney King. It works really well with MMA gloves, or bare fists, and is something any-body can do.

I train at the SBG in New York. I've had a ton of success with Crazy Monkey. It's a great way to feel yourself into the clinch and avoid taking lots of shots from a better boxer. As Matt said, there are some good reviews on mma.tv.
