Just checked out a Bruce Lee Book.....

Its called the tao of Jeet Kune Do. Checked it out yesterday at my local library. It looks like its gonna have some pretty useful info in there.

o own the book and can't say how many times i have read it.it's a very useful book and can be used no matter what "style" or "way" or "art" u do..i like it..and the cover is catchy

well, its just hard to understand, and be able to actually do the stances, and moves. Y'know?

I recommend this DVD for anyone interested in Bruce Lee. Has footage of him reviewing and critiquing his own workouts, and also has some footage of Dan Inosanto demonstrating some basic technique, footwork, punches etc...

have it..probably one of his best.. it shows him working with bob wall as well. it's a good and true "documentry" it's very good. it shows parts of that one interview, it shows him live, and it's juts a really good one
