Has anyone out there trained at Bono's JKD and Kajukenbo in SJ?
I'm looking for a Hand-to-hand combat style form that also has strikes, locks, chokes, and some ground defense. (I'll probably also start training in Tia boxing for its ruthless elbow and knee strikes). PS: Has anyone trained at SDI in fremont. I have some buddies that train there, so I looking for other opinions. Or at Frank Shamrock's Submission Acacemdy in SJ. Peace out Newbe |

I have never trained there directly, but I know and training with John Bono, so my opinion: go there! Simply check out the school and make up your own mind, but I can recommend Dr.Bono.
Greetings
