1: Chinese Connection. I liked the whole Japanese vs. Chinese thing. I thought the fight scenes were cool and I liked how he single handedly whipped ass.

2: Game of Death. Not the movie, but the full pagoda scene re-released on the Bruce Lee documentary. The fighting is really cool and Bruce is at his most charismatic and funniest.

Talking Gotta go with Game of Death/Enter the Dragon.

I have to say game of death and enter the dragon. Even though the game of death was incomplete, the movie definitely shows his evolution beyond styles, and using whatever methods work. Also, Enter the dragon, the first scene between bruce and samo hung (i think it's samo), gave us a glimpse of what MMA fighting would look like.

"The Way of the Dragon"(as it was originally titled). A representation of man who has worked on his art diligiently, every hour he breathes. The footwork, the swiftness of his movements and just the sheer sincerness of the character. It is completely Bruce coming out in that character. The other would be the not finished footage from "Game Of Death" that was just found a few years ago.
