But other than that I had no problems. It takes awhile to get to head high kicks though. I don't do much head high kickin anymore, but it did help with leg strength.

![]() | I've used ankle weights before for kicking and running and whatnot but I heard that it's really bad for you so I stopped. When I was using them though, after you take them off you feel a lot lighter and kicks are faster. It was a cool feeling actually. |
