wooden dummy help!

i am interested in making my own wooden dummy. does anyone know online where i can get some instructions?

Damn! That looks nicely done. Im looking around the net to find out how to build one (for free, most sites sell books on how to build them), but i was wondering how/where you learned to build them? All I have is a set of dimensions from: www.wingchunkungfu.cn

Now I could do with some building instructions just to make the process clearer, can anyone here help?
